Hi! I’m Paige, a Registered Massage Therapist focused on perinatal massage, injury recovery, and post-surgical care. I grew up in Victoria, graduated from Camosun College, became a BC RMT in 2022, and soon after moved to the Alberni Valley.

My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Whether you’re pregnant, healing from injury, or navigating scar tissue, I aim to support your body with care, skill, and compassion. I believe in body literacy, collaborative care, and creating space that feels like a break from daily chaos.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me eating grilled cheese, reading cheesy romance novels, exploring the island, or bugging my very patient fiancé with wedding plans.
